YT Process Engineering Ltd (YTPE) has more than 20 years’ experience in manufacturing State of the Art products for flow related chemical processes. We specialize in manufacturing of wedge wire screen and filtration products for the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, chemical, water treatment and energy industries. We also produce sealed sampling systems, seamless steel sampling cylinders, pressure rated valves, pipes and tube fittings for the monitoring and sampling of gas and liquid delivery lines.

Introduction of Our Products

Seamless stainless steel gas cylinders: YTPE has a CHINA national permit for manufacturing of specialized High Pressure Vessel and Pipeline. The cylinders are formed from seamless SS pipes in a single process, resulting even wall thickness and smooth interior surfaces. The bottle exits have NPT threads to ensure high strength. Every cylinder we produce undergoes strict inspection and testing procedures.

Cylinders are available from 25ml to 2000ml, with Pressure Rating of 20MPa; Materials used are usually 304 or 316L, other materials can also be used if required.

Before leaving the factory, all products are tested at 1.5 times their rated pressure (up to 30MPa). In addition, samples from each batch are selected for cycling fatigue and water jacket explosion tests.
