1.PTFE adhesive taps are generally sorted in to two kinds as below:

1) PTFE coated fiberglass adhesive taps use the fiberglass-woven basic fabric and film whih are imported and coated with PTFE by special process.

2) Pure adhesive taps (film adhesive taps) is made of pure polytertrafluoroethylene(PTFE/teflon) on one side and high temareture resistant silicone on the other side.

3.Features of ptfe adhesive tape :

1) Superior release characteristics at high temparetures from -70 to -260 celsius degree

2) Exceptionally flexible and adhesive to irregular srfaces

3) Good insulating capacity

4) Extremely low frition surfaces

5) Good chemical resistancce

4.Application of ptfe adhesive tape :

1) sorts of high tempareture roller submerging, works of calefaction slab, membrane doffing;

2) heat sealing of food, pharmaceutical and plastic bag;

3) cushion pasting of slippery pond, stuff funnel, airraft mould,etc, it is also could be used on platern, thermoplasti doffing module;

4) suitable for other surface disposal such as glue proofing, corrosion resistance, high temparture resistance.

5) used in the fields of packing ( including thermoplastic, vacuum bagging), compositing, thermoplastic seal, electronic and electric.

The color of PTFE coated taps is usually brown and black, other colors are also ok.
