Instructions

• These one-time Non-spill caps will snap on most 55mm crown top delivery bottles (2 Gallon, 3 Gallon, 5 Gallon). Majority of Bottled Water companies use this as their standard cap.
• This cap includes 4 parts : Cap-body,Top Pop Disc Cap,Small Inner Plug and Foam Liner.
• Standard colors are Blue ,Green,or Natural (Semi-clear).But we can also customize colors to meet your application,for example,Yellow,Red,Pink,Purple,and so on.
• All materials used in the production of our 5 gallon water bottle caps are 100% virgin LLDPE-7144 and LDPE-2426K,comply with requirements of food grade (QS,SGS approved),and also compliant with European standards.
• We can engrave custom logo on Top Pop Disc Cap,based on your current or desired logo.But all above base on volume purchase,the minimun of quantity are 500,000pcs caps.

Product Features

• This cap is designed for water cooler with a puncturing prong or spike.
• This cap fits firmly over the top of your bottle to keep the water inside when you're upending it to place on the cooler.
• The cap remains on the bottle ,when placing or removing from probe actuating water cooler.Cap reseals on removal,sealed cap remains on the bottle until returned to supplier for removal.
• Automatic de-capping equipment available.

How To Use This Cap

• If there is a cap currently on your bottle,please simply remove it and insure the old small plug is not inside bottle. .Refill the clear water and push the NON-SPILL CAP onto bottle,and press until it snaps in place.Remove the Top Pop Disc Cap.Invert the bottle into place on the cooler and the prong will push the re-sealable valve,allow water to flow through.

Please note:

• Not all bottles have same size mouth or will the cap work with all bottle. Please measure first and double check your bottle and water cooler before purchase. These will not work with screw top bottles.
