-The Production Line

Our company boasts the first-class glass bottle production lines, including 1 advanced I.S. machine of 4 groups, and 4 semiautomatic production lines. The annual output is 50 million glass bottles.We can provide the custom crystal glass products for our customers using for liquor, rice wine, red wine, wiskey, cider, vodka, rum, ice wine, etc.

-The Painting Lines

We have already introduced advanced mechanical water paint production lines, coloring the glass bottles efficiently and quickly. The daily output of decoration firing can be reached 180 thousand pieces. Through strict control of each part, we will manufacture the quality products for you .

-The decal

Our workers of decoration shop are responsible for decal, they pay attention to each detail and then we can ensure the high quality decoration. In this part, we are well done in decaling, roasting and testing.

-The quality Test

Semi-finished product quality inspection is a very serious process. Workers carefully check the glass bottles whether they have the defects in bubbles, bottleneck, flaw, joint line ,surface quality, ect. After roasting the decal bottles, we have to test the integrity of the decals. We promise that our bottles are high quality products.

-Thepacking and transportation

We use strong and sturdy cartons to pack the bottles, it can reduce the breakage of the products during transport. To meet the customers’ requirements, pallet is another option. In the loading and unloading process, the staff will pay attention to the fragility of glass products. We will do our best to ensure the safe transport.
