This machine is the latest equipment we developed alone.

It adopts ordinary pressure filling principle.

The main electric elements adopts “Mitsubishi” PLC,frequency converter and proximity switch. Set up production speed through touch screen,

the machine alarm automatically of common malfunction and show corresponding malfunction position, and then PLC judge to continue work or stop

according to the serious degree.

It is filling speedy,running steady,seaming good and easy service.

Other advantage:

Equip with remote computer control system;

Adopts import frequency converter, adjust filling and seaming speed at will;

Filling quantity even and easy for adjustment;

Overall structure reasonable and beautiful;

The diameter of seaming head is bigger than before which prolong the seaming cam service.

Adopt import heavy bearing which average working life increase at least 5 times.

Twin axle structure: The first seaming roll and the second seaming roll are separated.

Liquid cylinder is arc structure, no dead angle for liquid left, and adopts CIP clean automatic design, clean without tear apart the filling head after working.
