Application

GRAINED LAYER
A revolutionary step forward to achieve a higher level of quality print, offering better resolution, scum resistance and durability. Multi-layer graining technique largely increases the surface area of the plates thus enhancing water retention. Higher water retention in non-image areas holds back ink applied to image area more effectively. This allows heavier application of ink for dense, glossy prints without unwanted dot gain.

ANODIC OXIDATION LAYER
Chemically balanced for superior durability and chemical resistance for long runs and printing reliability. Together with an additional hydrophilic coat, optimum ink-water balance is quickly achieved and maintained.

PHOTOPOLYMER COATING
Relentless Research & Development carried out in-house by our specialist resulted in the formulation of our own Photopolymer coating. Our coating is compatible with most positive plate developers and processors on the market The coating has been formulated to offer fast exposure times with maximum image resolution.Micro-particles deposited on the photosensitive coat provide the plate with excellent vacuum assist properties during film to plate exposure on the copy frame.
