1. WHAT IS CARBON-LESS NCR PAPER?

Carbon-less Copy Paper is a specific type of pap flat bill snapback custom er used to get multiple copies without the use of carbon paper. Carbon-less Paper is a multi-layered paper consisting of two, three or four layers of paper, but up to eight layers of paper is possible. This allows a person to only write once on the top copy and whatever is written is transferred through to the pages beneath producing copies of the top page.

2. HOW DOES CARBON-LESS NCR PAPER WORK?

There are 3 basic components to Carbon-less Paper:-

TOP Sheet = CB (Coated Back) : The top-sheet is coated on the underside with micro-capsules containing colour former (ink)

MIDDLE Sheet/s = CFB (Coated Front & Back): The middle or multiple sheets is coated on the surface with reactive clay and micro-capsules on the underside.

Bottom Sheet = CF (Coated Front): The bottom sheet has the reactive clay coating on the top surface only.
