GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION
These general sales conditions are deemed to be known and accepted by the buyer. Any client ordering goods from Factory Products Limited implies the formal acceptance of these General Sales Conditions. .

2. RETENTION OF TITLE / NON-PAYMENT
All goods remain the property of Factory Products Limited until full payment. In case of non-payment, delay or partial, we reserve the right to demand full payment of amounts due, even if they are not overdue. In the absence of full payment for goods, the buyer agrees to return the goods and to pay his bear any costs of rehabilitation
and the return charges.

3. TERMS OF DELIVERY / TRANSPORTATION
3.a) The products are transported at the risk of the recipient. When goods are received, the client shall check and count the condition of the parcel pursuant to section 105 of the Code of Commerce.
If goods have been damaged during the transport, the client shall complain and confirm by letter to the carrier within 3 days of receipt with a copy to our services (possible compensation will be made by the carrier in case of missing or damaged goods).
3.b) the timely delivery schedules are only indicative.

4. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Orders placed by phone, email or fax will be valid only when a pro forma invoice is issued from Factory Products Limited to the Client.

5. WARRANTY & CLAIMS
In case of complaints concerning the quality of our products, it must be made by written letter sent to our head office by registered letter within 8 days after receiving the merchandise. In the case of non-conformity of this condition, Factory Products shall not be obliged to replace or give any compensation to the Client.

6. PRICES & QUOTES
Our prices are exclusive of taxes, net and without discount. Our quotations and our prices are established with validity of one month maximum.

7. STOCK
We strive to avoid stock-outs. However, if that happened, there could not give rise to any compensation.

8. PRODUCTS RETURN
No products returns will be made without written permission from us to any shipment.

9. GENERAL RESERVE
We reserve the rights to make changes, improvements in our products without prior notice.
