Type of Ink:

Polypropylene called PP for short, Due to PP is a weak surface energy material, could not stick on strongly by prined with normal printing ink. Our company in view of this situation, develop a kinds of solvent screen printing ink special for PP plasitc, which made of import raw material, good covering, abrasive resistance, and alchoho resistance, Excellent printing performance.

Character:

special for PP plastic, directly print on PP plastice without any treatment after printed:

Application:

1. Gloss: Gloss

2. Drying: Surface dry: 10-20min. complete dry for 24 hours. Roast in 15 min x 70°C-80°C.

3. Use for: PP, PE, PET, PP synthetic paper, and KT board. Desirable screen meshes: 200-250 mesh count.

4. Character: covering well, colorful, good levelling property, good adhesive, good pliability.

Printed effect:

Smooth, scuff – resistance, gloss.

Diluents using:

Diluent X-758; Retarder X-768 in Summber; Desiccant X-718 in Winter. Wash X-705

Covering:

Printing by 300 mesh, 1kg ink can be print 30sg.m.

Drying:

By nature(25°C degree): surface dry in 10min. complete dry in 24 hours.

By Oven: complete dry 60°C~70°C degree in 10min.
