PREFORM AND PLASTIC CLOSURES DIVISION

This division is providing a wide range of PET Preforms and closures viable for different type of industries like mineral water, carbonated soft drinks and oil filing industries.

We are using the best available Hi-tech Machines and very high production Capacity, under a controlled positive pressure and hygiene air-conditioned atmosphere to serve the customers with the best quality product that never been touched by human being, since the machines are equipped with completely closed packing chambers and soft drop device.

This division is equipped with the best scientific laboratory with all the required equipments to maintain the best quality for our products.

PREFORM

We are producing our performs using the latest technology from HUSKY for the machines and for the 96 cavity high production molds. Existing sizes are as mentioned on the PREFORM leaflets. We are planning to increase this range to include other required sizes.

Our machines are equipped with many Extra options like soft drop system, perform counter and closed chambers to keep the perform in hygiene atmosphere without any direct contact with human being.

Our Cooling system is designed specially to maintain the same conditions around the perform to keep constant perform quality and specification all the time.

CLOSURE

We are using HUSKY latest technology machines combined with Corvaglia Swiss Made 48 Cavity high production molds to produce the 30/25 closure and the 28 gram single piece closure, used for water,juices and CSD applications, With this high productivity we are manufacturing a very clean high quality closures in a very hugiene environment, since the packaging chamber is closed from all the side and the machines are equipped with cap cooler so packing is done immediately after production.

As per customer requirement the closure color can be chosen from the available colors or can be matched. Please refer to the closure leaflet for specifications.

QUALITY CONTROL

The quality control Laboratory is equipped with all the instruments required for this industry which are highly accurate and sensitive testing equipments to maintain the utmost level of accuracy for the tests performed.
