1,Pressing

thickness 0.3mm-0.6mm width 1260mmx1450mm

Application: The vacuum and membrane films are widely used on door for home furniture, like Kitchen and wardrobe. They, solid color embossed with textures and wood grain gravure with solid wood, leads fashion trend in decoration film.

2,Lamination

Thickness: 0.15mm-0.25mm; Width: 1000mm-1260mm

Laminated film is widely used on the surface of wood panel. Our products are oriented by the customers on softness, texture, color and specification, etc. It has priority on good printing, sticking, easy-processing and flat performance.

3,Wrapping

Thickness: 0.12mm-0.16mm; Width:1260mm

It is widely used in home decoration like shutter panel, wavy board, closet board, partition panel, door cover line, baseboard, etc. It has priority on high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good sticking and easy-processing feature.

4,Polymer Metal Foil

Thickness: 0.16mm-0.18mm; Width: 1000mm-1260mm

It is widely used on the surface of metal panel. It has good high temperature resistance and durability. Because of high requirement on fire retardant, it is popular on decoration materials like vessel, door, etc. We gains the certificate of ABS( US), DNV( Norway) and Lloyd's( UK).

5,Edge-banding:

Thickness: 0.3mm-1.0mm; Width: 13mm-1240mm

The function of Edge-banding is used on outlying board and to protect, decorate and embellish. The printing design can show 3D visual and real wood touch. Home furniture can be colorful by solid color, stone and cloth design.
