Product Description

PE Coate Paper has been widely used in food and medical packing industries for it's great air permeability, tear strength, water, moisture proof properties.

PE coated paper is used for sugar, candy, tea, coffee, salt food packing for many years. It can be sealed and made into pouch for it's pe coated. Beside, PE side allows water and moisture proof condition which keeps products inside dry and keep for long time.

In medical packing.

PE Coated Paper also used as a important raw material for sterile paper pouch for glvoes, and medical disposibles such as cotton. It can be sterilized with EO sterilization cause it's permeablity and bacterial resistant.

≡Coating Process

For this process, LDPE grain was melted under high temperature and coated on paper side.

≡ Slitting & Printing Process

After coating process been done, big jumbo roll need to be sltted into small rolls for packing and delivery. Rolls could be 100mm-1500mm width and 2000-4000m length then be packed on pallets. For printing, offset and gravure printing are available for paper side or PE side.

≡ Packaging

After being slittered, small rolls will be packed with buble and heat insulated materials for protection. Then these rolls after packaging will be packed on pallets be ready for delivery.

≡ Delivery

After packed on pallets, products will be transfered on container for delivery.
