Gold stamp undercoat (Add 8% hardener and print till mixing well)

Using 250mesh count to print the undercoat , curing 2~12 hours (subject to the temperature, make the right timing), then stamping the gold foil, smoothly stamping effect. Because the undercoat is strong after curing, stable molecular structure, reduce appear cracking, puckering, paring, bubbling etc. which sticker have good adhesion. The mixture undercoat is valid for 8 hours.(Workshop humidity under 50%, Stamping degree at 100°~250°)

Coated (also low melting glaze) glass bottle or metal, fire at 120° for 20~30 minute have good adhesion, water resistance and alcohol resistance.

Glass bottle without coating or water borne coating, fire 160°~200° with 30 minute have good adhesion, water resistance and alcohol resistance.

Stamping covercoat

Using 80~250 mesh couts printing as release, which with low caustic, so could not distroy stamped coat. That good separation with peel off coater and a good assistor of water resistance and alcohol resistance. Note that the covercoat should be print after finish the stamping and completely dry. Thicker gold foil , better quality.

P.S. The effect of gold stamping may be related to stamping machine and gold foil. We appreciate to cooperate with our client to do a good job on gold stamping decal paper.

Procedure:

Use 250 mesh counts to print the undercoat with hardener. printing area is the same with the image. Drying 4~12 hours.

Stamping the gold foil with special stamping machine(cyling stamping).

Using 80~250 mesh count prints the top coat cover on the stamped gold, the printing area must bigger 0.5mm~1mm bigger than the image.

After the complete drying of top coater, using 80 mesh counts to print peel off coater (Ours 601# and 602#)

Note of making plate and printing:

Coating emulsion on screen plate for 4 times by 70° or 75° squeegee

embossment decal, the embossment powder and gold stamping undercoat should be mixed and grind them in proportion
